Dr. Signe Poquette is a licensed naturopathic physician in Portland, Oregon, certified by the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine. She focuses on naturopathic primary care for all and especially enjoys working with children and women at all stages of life. She is passionate about providing patient-centered, inclusive care through an integrative lens. She works alongside patients to achieve their goals through a combination of naturopathic and conventional tools.
Dr. Poquette graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington in 2018, earning a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. She completed a competitive 2-year residency in general family medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine. During her time at both of the top Naturopathic colleges in the country, she worked with and learned from many experts in the field. As a student and resident, she completed clinical rotations in community health, pediatric and adolescent care, family medicine and advanced training in women’s health. She is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and abdominal massage through The Abdominal Therapy Collective.
Before medical school, Dr. Poquette completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Seattle University. In her undergraduate education, she focused her studies on Ecology, participating in research and activism on the ecological health of the Duwamish River Watershed and its impact on the local ecosystem and community. This experience integrated her love of nature and passion for health, inspiring her decision to attend naturopathic medical school.
Dr. Poquette is a Portland local and is excited to provide care to her beloved Portland community. In her spare time, Dr. Poquette enjoys spending time with her partner and their pup, cooking and eating delicious food, learning new crafts, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
